Delivery

All Emae Design prints are produced to order and dispatched by our printing partners, located close to our customers in the UK, Europe and the United States. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection regulations.

To arrange a return, please contact us at customerservice@emae.design within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and process your refund promptly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@emae.design with a photograph of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
