Gallery-Wall Guide
A gallery wall is one of the most effective ways to display art — and one of the most personal. This guide covers the essentials of planning and building a cohesive arrangement.
Planning your layout
Start by laying your prints on the floor to experiment with arrangements before committing to the wall. Aim for consistent spacing between frames — typically 5–10cm — and consider the overall shape of the arrangement as a whole.
Mixing sizes
A mix of sizes adds visual interest. Anchor the arrangement with one or two larger prints and build around them with smaller works. emaé design prints are designed to work together across sizes and subjects.
Gallery-wall sets
Our curated sets take the guesswork out of building a gallery wall. Each set is composed to work together in terms of subject, palette and scale.
